Dr. Shantanu Lahkar is a highly accomplished medical professional with a distinguished academic background. He completed his MBBS from Assam Medical College in 1973 and earned his M.S. in Orthopaedics from the prestigious "All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi" in 1978. He has also completed his F.I.C.S. (Fellow of the International College of Surgeons) and I.G.O.F. (International Group for Orthopaedic Fellowship) from Germany.

Dr. Lahkar's expertise extends beyond orthopaedics. He has authored articles in leading national orthopaedic journals and co-written a chapter in the renowned textbook Clinical Orthopaedic and Related Research. As a life member of over 25 Orthopaedic Associations, he has held esteemed positions and made significant contributions to the field.

Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Lahkar is the founder of Archana Trauma and Orthopaedics Hospital and Shishu Bharati Institute of Professional Education. In 2018, he was nominated as an Executive Member of the Rehabilitation Council of India by the Government of India.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Lahkar is deeply dedicated to serving society. He served as the District Governor of Lions Clubs International, District 322-D, for the year 2023–24, leading various impactful community service initiatives.

In his leadership role, Dr. Lahkar brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, significantly contributing to the hospital's success. His extensive experience has also greatly boosted the startup, propelling it towards new heights.

Amit Kapoor brings a wealth of experience from both the corporate and healthcare sectors. Before co-founding Quantus Healthcare, Amit spent over a decade at Citibank. In 2016, he transitioned into healthcare leadership by joining Archana Trauma and Orthopaedics Hospital, where he currently serves as CEO.

At Archana Hospital, Amit has been instrumental in scaling operations, improving service quality, and driving institutional growth through strategic vision and operational excellence. His leadership has consistently focused on delivering patient-centric care and building high-performance teams.

In addition to his executive roles, Amit serves on the Board of Trustees of Shreebharati Institute of Professional Education (SIPE Law College), where he actively contributes to shaping the future of legal and professional education.

Amit holds dual MBAs—one in Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and another in Hospital and Healthcare System Management from BITS, Pilani. His multidisciplinary background enables him to bridge the gap between business innovation and healthcare delivery.

At Quantus Healthcare, Amit leverages his diverse expertise to build a next-generation platform focused on transforming orthopaedic and physiotherapy care through technology, innovation, and accessibility. 

Dr. Shanta Lahkar Kapoor is a highly accomplished co-founder and respected figure in the healthcare industry. With a strong educational background, she obtained her MBBS degree from KIMS Bangalore, followed by an MS in Orthopaedics from St. Johan's Medical College Bangalore.

Dr. Shanta Lahkar Kapoor gained valuable experience during her time as a Resident Orthopaedic Surgeon at renowned institutions such as Fortis Hospital Bangalore and Columbia Asia Hospital, Bangalore. Her dedication to providing exceptional patient care and her expertise in orthopaedics have earned her recognition among her peers and patients alike.

Currently, Dr. Shanta Lahkar Kapoor serves as one of the Directors of Archana Trauma and Orthopaedics Hospital and Research Centre in Dibrugarh and one of the Trustees of Shreebharati Institute of Professional Education, Dibrugarh, Assam.

 In addition to her role as a Director at Archana Trauma and Orthopaedics Hospital and Research Centre, Dr. Shanta Lahkar Kapoor brings her extensive healthcare knowledge and expertise to her involvement in a pharmaceutical startup.
